A number of first timer's made tonight yet another wonderful evening. Firstly there was first timer Michael who turned up with an assortment of equipment including backing tracks. We jammed a bit at the start of the night before he delivered his set which included a rendition of Narrelle (by Brian). Then we had first timer Brian who brought his amp and the cutest little guitar and was the composer of the afforementioned Narrelle song which happened to be the winner of the Narrelle competition held at TC a few months ago. Then we had the dual delights of Zelda followed by Neil. Zelda has been away up north and it was great to see her again, and Neil was in fine form sounding really good on lead guitar and having his effects really humming, and with first timer Russel backing him up on bass it was an awesome set. Also we had the return of the wonderful Dave who is the owner of our electronic drum kit performing tonight. Then we had Brenden, and first timer Anthony (and Vanessa), turning up and we did a bit of a set with Brenden on bass and Anthony on drums. After that it was back over to Neil for a Hendrix set from which we moved into jam mode for the rest of the evening.
