I arrived to find this amazing poetry being read by a girl on stage. This was quality stuff! And it was absolutely enthralling!

Later on I performed Hal2000 experimental music which included some of the first ever sounds produced in public, from the latest prototype cosmic particle detector/transducer device.

Falling Rocks picked up a new bass player by the name of Steve about 30 minutes before the gig. And then with about 1 minute to go, we scored an instant drummer by the name of Ben Bondi. As usual it was not an un-eventful experience, and there were plenty of arcs and sparks as we almost slid off the stage into the abyss. But somehow we hung on to form a core team of dedicated musicians, that through circumstances beyond our control, found themselves in the midst of one of the great titanic struggles of the century, in an effort to make it through the hell and high water of our set, and into the open plains of job satisfaction that lay somewhere far off in the hazy distance beyond. Suffice to say, we survived the set, and it is sayed that some of us even thrived on it, and needless to say, once again, we live to make the sound of The Falling Rocks, for yet another day.

In other news, Leyne had to leave early, which is most unusual for our valiant promoter, coordinator, facilitator and all round groovy chick!
