| Crimson 6, the Sydney band that has been forged in the
fires of the Sydney open mic scene and
the radio station 2SER 107.3 FM. It was unleashed in 2007 upon an
unsuspecting
popluation. We haven't even told my Mum what time I'll be home
for tea. Our philosophy is to foster, encourage and maintain a circle of performers and artists who mutually support one another and explore new artistic territory. No one is excluded. Our friends are very important to us. Through this synergy we have a mutually appreciative egalitarian social movement, of sorts. (Big words, huh? Next I'll have you believing I've actually read a book without pictures). Genre you ask? Do you cringe when you hear the word genre? Do you think it belongs in art galleries sopken only by pretentious tossers in black polo necks? We do. Therefore we have invented a new one: comedicpunkrockfunkexperimentalclassicelectrometal, on toast. Hal 2000 -
Guitar vocals songwriting Timbo Wilson -
Drums, vocals, guitar, songwritingSublime Hal. Hal's guitar licks are superb if you are "into" licking. Brenden only enjoyed the good bits of his 5 years in the Australian military, when he was asleep or not in primary rain forest, mostly. Brenden is a DJ on Sydney's FM radio station 2SER, 107.3, and is currently training other DJ's. He is also a fair to middling stand up comedian. There will be sound samples very soon. Timbo hails from Sydney's West. He and his brother Ben have written hundereds of songs between them. His drumming and songwriting ability are only surpassed by his collection of toe nail clippings. He is also the drummer in the band "TRIP", Total Revulsions in Perspiration. (Jokes, their real name is Total Revolutions in Perspective). Watch this space while we search through the reams of recordings we have and choose the best ones for you. Now for some Comedy: "Captain" Brendy's Stand Up Comedy Scripts Written For TV; OR STAND UP 101: Has anyone ever has a toothbrush with an on board computer? You have to ask yourself "why"? if you do. Well hello and good morning. Should desperate sad wierdo's present the news? Today on "Pox Fox" we shall all be charmed by by girlish laugh. After that our cooking expert will play "hide the salami" with a man young enough to be her grand son. You go girl. I'm so glad I never shop in Bankstown anymore. Ever watched home shopping? It's worse torture than white trash yank soldiers can ever dish out. Dig it: So here we have the pot pourri shredder, motorized tie rack and a self cleaning electric teaspoon. For only a crazy 79.99 per month plus postage and handling! What have we next Roger? Thanks for asking Martha we have something for everyone here, it's: the "blood of the innocent" Great! How much? Well Martha, thanks to hardcore stupidity everywhere we're just giving the stuff away! Great! (vacant smile) That would make a superb dining room center piece (Thoughtful) Or maybe a hat rack. I rest my case. You have to love television. It's what we do rather than go through the pain of interacting with other human beings. Where would we be if we wern't watching grainy black and white films of Hitler and the Battle of Britain rather than talking to your children? We know more about a devil incarnate psycho and the effects of high explosive on dilapidated buildings than we do about our own offspring. Good or bad? You tell me. OK it's a bit of a rant. But there's LOADS more about airports in Germany, amusing snappy comebacks for all occasions, computerized toothbrushes, and "deep" "thoughful" celebreties and how the world can do without them. Till then, enjoy our web site. |
